 Tubeless with no air compressor, By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Topeak JoeBlow Mountain Floor Pump (Sports) I just went tubeless and was worried about all the talk of air compressors so I got this pump. I got a pair of used Mavic Crossmax wheels and put WTB kevlar Wolverine 2.2 tires on them and connected the pump up and inflated the tires. I gave it 5 stars because tubeless is supposed to be such a headache but I had none with this setup.After about a month of use I have a field use update: I had mounted my tubeless tires but needed to put in sealant so I went to a walmart parking lot to give this a shot after reading stories of garages coated in sealant. 1. using a pump and not an air compressor you are not going to blast sealant everywhere. 2. I learned that in order to seat the tire both sides of the tire must be unmounted. If one side is mounted then air just blows out the opposite side. Once I learned this, it was a snap.
