This review is from: Michelin Avenir Dual Head Replacement Bicycle Floor Pump Hose (Sports) I had an older Target/Schwinn floor pump that worked okay. I have bikes with both schraeder and presta valves, so it was a pain in the ass having to open the pump head and flip the valve seal to go between both kinds of valves. This avenir pump hose was much beefier than my existing hose and the head works beautifully for both scraeder and presta valves. The seal is tight, what more can you ask for? A warning, though, if you push the presta valve in too far, it makes it difficult to pull out. This review is from: Michelin Avenir Dual Head Replacement Bicycle Floor Pump Hose (Sports) It works great. The lever will sometimes snap your fingers when you release it, especially if it is within the spokes of a bike, but this is a problem with most pump heads. It seems very sturdy and the hose fit perfectly with my Specialized AirForce pump.
