I must say that I didn't pay attention at 1st when I screwed in the Co2 cartridge becuse it started to leak & I thought I got a defective product. But once I noticed that it was still open it was ok. This inflater works great! When using the device the CO2 freezes the entire unit, so having the leather sheath on the cartridge saves your hands from some potential danger. Installing a new CO2 cartridge is extremely easy and placing the device over your valve is even easier. This is the perfect infator to have on the road.
